A premium High Ratio Cake Flour. This flour has been heat treated to enable the addition of high levels of sugar and liquid in the recipe. This gives the cake produced a very soft crumb and a light, moist, fine texture that is also sweeter, have greater volume and a longer shelf life than cakes made with standard flour. Perfect for making High Ratio cakes such as Madeira cake, Cake Muffins and Layer Cake and High Ratio sponges such as Swiss roll, sponge drops and Crème cakes.
