A powdered concentrate for the production of sweet enriched bun goods and loaves such as Hot Cross Buns, Teacakes, Sweet Buns, Iced Fingers etc. Usage rate: 20% on flour weight. Versatile and easy to use it creates consistently good all-round product i.e. good process tolerance, soft crumb, good volume.

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Tapioca Starch, Salt, Emulsifiers: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diacetyltartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids; Soya Flour, Colour: Mixed Carotenes; Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid.
